Need Help Please

2017 F250 xlt 6.2l 4x4
situation is, I changed the rear diff fluid, wiped the electronic locking module clean, wiped out the bottom of case and replaced fluid. put diff cover back on. filled fluid until slowly leaked out fill hole (on level ground). put plug screw back and took for a test drive to check for leaks. Within a minute or two my dash lit up with Stabilitrak light, Hill descent fault light, ABS light. Stopped the vehicle and checked for leaks (no leaks) drove vehicle home with no problems. Checked the level it was fine.
prior to the fluid change, I never had any of these codes on the dash.

First thing don't fill until it comes out the fill hole fill it to 1/4" below the fill hole, that gives it room to expand when warmed up. Lower the fluid level and clear the codes, of you don't have a tool to clear them disconnect the battery to clear them and see if that helps.
