Here's a website where I've reached out to before and they were very good about getting back to me. If I ever decide to go with different LED H13s, I'll go through these guys.
Hey! Sorry I’m just responding. I didn’t get an email notification. My neighbor has a car audio store and sells https://heiseled.com/. He says he has been running them for years and loves them. He’s giving me a set to try to see if I like them. I went with https://sealight-led.com/ for my daytime/blinker lights. I also ordered their brake and reverse light bulb. I’ll post a before and after picture of the Heise headlights.

I believe a good majority of folks that make the switch from halogen to led don't do the final step in that procedure of checking/ adjusting the headlamps as prescribed in the owners manual.
When I switch from halogen to led on the '21' F350 the lights were aimed 2" high on the wall. This would explain why on occasion I was getting flashed with the halogens. The truck was purchased new and came that way from factory. I have not been flashed since switching over and properly aiming the headlamps.

Clocking them is also important which I just found out the hard way. Passenger side was perfect but the drivers side is at an 8 o’clock 2 o’clock angle. I’m pretty disappointed with the Heise bulb and my buddy just ordered me the pro series to try. They will be in this week. I can’t complain since they haven’t cost me anything yet. I’m also really leaning towards a 6000k vs 6500k.
