I want to do the same. I looked and there are four H13/9008. I thought I'd try the Sylvania ZXE bulbs. Which ones are you looking at?

Do you need dual function bulbs, for hi and low, or just single?

How long have you run them?

I had LED headlight bulbs in my Tundra for 6 years, they were amazing. Never had an issue.

Problem is choosing which brand to buy. Amazon has several to choose from.

Whats the concern for worry? LED's have been proving their superiority over conventional bulbs for years now. For example, no filament to burnout or vibrate loose, less amp draw, low heat. The only "real" issue is aiming a retro kit so its not blinding to on coming traffic.
