I removed my throttle body of my 04 5.4 to clean. I need a mounting gasket but not sure what one? The part # on the spacer is yc2e-9e930-ab. Do I replace the whole spacer or is the thin o-ring on both sides replace? The part # comes up as the complete throttle body. Thanks

Stumbled on this post as I have the same question, ordered a gasket from RockAuto and it came as a paper gasket, not the black molded gasket you referenced above. Did you ever get this figured out? Thanks.
