I have a 1993 extended cab and the floor pan , floor brace and rocker were all rotted so im in the process of replacing them. but my driver side door was misaligned has had a weird gap ever since I replaced the door pin and adjusted the hinges.. I figured during me doing all this I will realign the door when I go to test fit it.. now during me test fitting it before I weld anything in. I cannot for the life of me get the door to. line up with the cab on the back or the fender . its almost like the gap is too big in both directions ... when I close the gap to the cab the gap to the fender is HUGE and vise versa... I have it in the middle now where the gap is acceptable by the fender still not how I want it but the gap to the cab is too big.. any tips or advice so I can get this done with already...? the fender has not been moved during this process at all. and in the past the gaps had lined up good ... I just can't get it for the life of me now that im trying to make it perfect..

Looks like you have more corrosion than you thought. And the cab is collapsed.

That’s what it looks like to me too.

1)How is the front cab mount?
2) How can you align the door with part of the support (rocker panels, floor) missing?

You need to get the new sheet metal welded in the right place before you can do any door and fender adjustments

The front cab mount was in good condition but the brace was rotted out and pretty
much non existent i now have the new the new brace installed and waiting to be welded the rocker is alao on the car but only temporary held in with vise grips all the metal lines up in the ball park inside the vehicle but i ma test fitting the door before i weld anything in to avoid welding anything on a bad angle i have all the new metal .. i can get the door to line up to the cab perfect and to the position i have the rocker in door will open and close without a problem but there will be a gap between door and fender… in the picture i took the door is loosely sitting on the car if i move it , if i slide the hinges out it will line up perfectly to the cab…

What brace are you talking about? I’m no body man but I don’t see how you can test fit the door and fender without having the cab squared up and structurally sound. Like was already mentioned it looks like the cab is sagging.
