That bracket looks real stout..
When I make brackets, I always trim about a 1/4 in off the sharp corners then grind corners into a nice curved rounded corner.
When welding on the front, I grind a deep grove weld then grind flush .
Your truck is very nice and just thought that bracket would look nice detailed out to match all the other great work..

I actually plan on making another one but wanted to test the theory. Its probably going to get procrastinated and done months from now haha.
I absolutely plan on cleaning up the welds on the next one to make it look much better as it will drive me nuts too
Nice job on the design. Not sure how much "off roading" the truck is going to do, but nothing wrong with a nice strengthing gusset (1 or 2) the side of the trac bar drop bracket. Early Bronco appliciation and just a free idea for ya. Yes you do not have any room on either side for gussets. So think under the frame. See where mine go under? Yes still ripped it in half.
And yes NO side gussets would of prevented this....
