Like everything else I have seen. that you have fabricated, it looks good. What kind of rubber or silicone did you end up using for the hangers and where did you end up finding it?
I wanted woven rubber but couldn't find any, so I got SBR rubber in Amazon. I have a 39" x 39" square so I have enough to make new ones when these get damaged.
I didn't have this on hand... the rubber I used is made for floor protection, machine support, weather resistance, vibration absorption, so I figured it should be fine.
Rusty Valley, the tire idea is a good one, as it is a woven material. But I have to also say, machine matting is a good idea too, and so long as the temp doesn't soften the rubber, I would think you are looking's years before you might have to replace any of the parts.
