Pro Power Onboad 2Kw Issue

FoMoCo definitely has some explaining to do. I purchased a GFCI outlet tester, the kind you plug into a wall socket and LEDs light up to tell you what is going on. The Pro Power immediately turns itself off and the RED/YELLOW LEDs illuminate showing the code Hot & Gnd Rev. Same results inside and in the truck bed.
Any electrical experts care to lend a hand here? I also thought I’d be able to run at least 15 amps of A/C power to a travel trailer.

I too spend a lot of time on the Gen14 F150 forum and also have owned 2 7.2KW Powerboost F150's over the last 4 years. (full time RV'r for ~8 years)
There is in fact some deep dive threads regarding the various "ProPower" options Ford has, and the results are the alternator powered ProPower (2KW) is a disappointing performer. I suspect Ford used similar (identical?) components on the SuperDuty?

my 24 with the 2k is odd
Bed outlet is dead if truck is in gear.
But rear cab outlet stays live..I csn just move the heavy fridge freezer into cab.
and if we forscsn to drop the insistence of seat belts . Even after they are buckled.
This creates error messages with 2k generator system
