I am thinking about replacing the upper plastic intake manifold with an aluminum one from either HSM or SPE mainly for ease of access to work on the engine. To the guys who have ditched the factory upper intake which has "mufflers" built in how is the additional noise in the cab? I do lots of long trips with this truck some towing my camper and one of the reasons this truck is nice for long hauls is how quiet it is in the cab. How much louder is the additional induction noise?
Thanks
The increase in engine noise was the first thing I noticed after picking mine up from having the Pusher stuff installed, but I think it sounds good. Especially since I can't get any sound out of the other end of it. lol

How noticeable in the cab while towing? Hopefully no drone while rolling down the superslab.
I am geeking out with my Fleece filters fuel filters. These along with an OEM oil filter will live in the truck while we are traveling and towing our Oliver.
Made the road trip last Monday to Wixom, MI and had Dr Arod work his magic on my Beast. He did a stellar job installing my DCR, Pusher Bronze Intake, hot/cold pipes, and both upper and lower Fleece Fuel filter assemblies. Researched, executed, done!
While in Wixom we drove to Dearborn and toured the Ford Museum and the F150 production plant. One of the best museums and plant tours we have ever been on. It’s 30 minutes from Arod’s shop. Highly recommend it.
As others have already stated, Arod delivers dialed in 💯 precision and attention to ALL the details. After install, 700 miles home the truck ran perfecto! If you’re on the fence about having the DCR transplant done, I highly recommend it. The best part is bye bye CP4 recall letter.
