Time to see what I have. Looks like about everyone had liked or loved. Not sure how you get the loved one. Shoot the trophy says top answer, what does that mean?
Edit: the number of years thing is kind of neat, but it doesn't mean experience, It just says your old.
We have badges like this at work that you can earn for years of service, certain awards, and special training completed. Some folk have huge signatures because they have a bunch of the badges in their signature line. It gets a bit obnoxious when you have lots of back and forth replies.

Especially considering people like me. I leave browser windows open for days. I generally leave FTE open all the time.
