Transmission Help
Last week my daughter was driving my truck, called me said it was acting funny thinks something is wrong with the transmission. She got it home, after work that day, I start it up, put it in gear and it acted like I dumped the clutch. OD light flashing. It has done this every few months since I had the tranny rebuilt back in 2019, I'd just shut it off and start it back up and the problem was gone. Now it is persistent. Doing research it seems like a torque converter clutch solenoid. Am I on the right track? I got a OBDII Bluetooth reader. The Ford Diagnostic app keeps giving me errors when logging in. Gonna try Forscan when my old phone in the drawer is done charging. I have heard Forscan can read the OD light flashing codes. I do have the Torque OBD app as well but i've never used it for more than reading check engine lights and goofing off. Any info that can let me know if I am on the right path or how to find the right path is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
