32 Below this morning and I let the truck warm up for about 10 minutes after being plugged in all night. First of all it seemed like 4WD was not working, even thought the WD light was on the dash. Could not get any traction in the snow. Speedo said 40 and I was not going that fast.... After a few miles it seemed to want to kick in. Traction control was kicking in (second time it happened tis week in subzero temps) .Then all of a sudden I get a reduced braking warning light. I have never heard of this before. brakes felt fine. Got to work, shut it off and restarted and the brake light went off.
Anyone have any issues like this?
Ordered it new. I like the truck but I don't love it like I thought I would.
Yes, at those temps the truck will behave "differently", it take more time for things to move, like the front hubs locking in... one or both weren't actually engaged... JMO
Well one thing I should have done was to lock the hubs. I've been running on Auto hubs so I've been spoiled by them and am sure the cold is not helping them.

A feller would think that being as cold as it is, your truck would act like it has a full time cold air intake. But, my 2017 F350 acts like it wants to crawl back into bed. I’m in Middle Tennessee, so I rarely use 4x4. Last year I did and it didn’t make a difference because after it snowed, it got frigid and the roads were impossible to navigate. But my truck takes a good…15 miles to fully warm up, although I get enough temp to build after about 2 miles. My problem is, I had mine deleted and seems like the wastegate valve sticks from time to time and I get an Overboost code. I shut it off for about 10 minutes and it usually corrects itself.
For the overboost code. Get it up to temp and flat foot it a few times. Run with the EB on 100% all the time UNLESS you are in rain or snow/ice. You vanes are sticking dude, drive it harder...with the EB on

Sorry Dustin, but I have no clue what an EB is. And I usually give it some cheddar often but the shift points in the transmission hit VERY hard and I am afraid that I am going to do some damage. Dumb it down for me....lol
Have your tuner soften the shift firmness up a touch. It should be firm but not stupid firm. That's hard on uhoints, mounts, dog in the back...everything. if you can't hold it on the floor and let it shift from 40-90mph without loosing a filling from your mouth, something IS WRONG.
EB is the Exhaust Brake. It's on the center stack to the upper left obove the screen it's a botton with a no-farting symbol. Turn it on every time except rain ice or snow.

Is there a way with Ford to default it to on?. My Ram would leave it in last used position so if it was on it would stay on.
No, not that I have found. It has to be turned back on at each ignition cycle. I've looked hard through Forscan for a way as well with no luck. If you have intermittent boost codes turning it on may solve them.

I have the Tuner Depot Max 2 delete. Of course, after I buy the system, these ****ers say they are not mechanics. So, you are kind of left holding your dick in the snow! Terrible service if you ask me!
