I moved you here as your bus has more in common with the F600 trucks than the pickups.
B60 = B600 gas
C = 330 2V MD FT gas V8
L = Michigan Truck Plant
E77710 = 1969 numerical series, February 1969 production
156 = 156 inch wheelbase
G = Chrome Yellow
B600 = B600 gas, 19,500 lbs GVWR
84 = Bus Chassis (described as "cowl model" in other years)
A = New Process model 435 four speed transmission
64 = Rockwell model F-106 single speed rear axle, 15,000 lbs capacity, 6.80 ratio
No front axle code--for MY '64-'69 only optional axles were listed. So figure Ford 4,500 or 5,000 lb capacity front axle without power steering
19500 = 19,500 lbs GVWR
164 3800 = 164 Certified Net HP @ 3800 RPM

It might be a Holley 2300 series. Look at the choke horn, front side for numbers stamped into it. Looking for the "List" number.
It could also be an Autolite or Motorcraft 2100.

These vary a little by application. That might be the original carb. Yours has the manual choke linkage.
