Data plate decoding
I need help decoding a data plate. It is a COE.

C60 = C600 gas
A = 330 2V MD FT gas V8
O = No "O" for assembly plant code. "C" or "D" perhaps? Please check.
U = Louisville Assembly plant
673532 = 1965 numerical series, April 1965 production
135 = 135 inch wheelbase
M = White
C600 = C600 gas, 20,000 lbs GVWR
191A
1 = Not shown--could it be "J"? Please recheck--EDIT: it's a 1. Not shown, no info.
91A = Tilt cab, standard cab, cab and chassis vehicle
A = New Process model 435 four speed transmission
F8 = Eaton model 13802 two speed rear axle, 15,000 lbs capacity, 6.33 / 8.81 ratios
No front axle code. In '64-'69 only optional axles were listed. Thus, probably Ford front axle, 5,000 lbs capacity, no power steering. The front axle will have numbers cast or stamped into it if you need more.
20000 = 20,000 lbs GVWR
160 3800 = 160 Certfied Net HP @ 3800 RPM
65 = Oklahoma City District Sales Office
No special order--probably bought out of dealer inventory.
Beware of widow maker wheels. Note there are no new brake drums available. Is it a runner?
