I have a lockout on my hands. I pulled my GEM and fuse box to hunt down electrical issues, and now the theft light shines so brightly. Anything will help. I tried the standard method of waiting until the code pops up, then turning it off for 30 seconds, but nothing. 5.4 240000.

FourScan is your friend in this situation with an eval license and correct OBD connector, it will read the PATS system and can program it and your keys.
