Hello all, I am looking for some advice on a
Door Latch Assembly on door itself for driver and pass side not the small one but the door catch on door
Keep seeing Bronco and Mustang assembly but I want to be certain I get the right ones. Not going the LMC route unless that is my last option.
Can anyone provide any insight as to a good part that will stand up from use???
I already have the striker pins to replace all at once
Thank you all for everyone's knowledge on this site
Is there something wrong with your current door latch assemblies? I took mine out and cleaned all the 50 year old dried up grease and re lubricated them with white lithium grease that you spray on. They work great now. I used a Purple degreaser in a spray can. Here is where someone used oven cleaner to get rid of the old grease, but you need to be careful when using oven cleaner.
