Is everyone okay with the storm? Flooding. Power Outage. Road Closure.
How many inches has Glue Guy got? Is Modoc watching bad drivers slide off the road? Did Fat Diesel fire up his fire truck to rescue anyone?
All good in the South Bay. I did go up 101 for 2 miles yesterday and in that short stretch I saw a car that had lost control, gone up an embankment, and was pointing the wrong way. About a half mile after that, in very heavy rain- after sunset, was a black car with no headlights on.
Roll Call.

Lessee. We got 3.36" of rain plus wind gusts 0f 77 MPH. Humma humma.
They also closed highway 9 (AGAIN). The closure that was supposed to be for 1 month at the beginning of October is still more closed than open, and I don't think it will get better this year.
Siskiyou is always a problem when it snows , currently snowing with about 3” stacking here ,
I was trying to say road closed from Ashland through weed and Siskiyou but I didn’t know how to spell it , and my phone kept spelling it Ciscos
Don't know what you all are talking about. No closures here, no snow, not even much rain. They stated it would rain from9am to 4pm, but all it did was sprinkle and that was later around 6pm.
Looks like a nice place, do you normally get snow?
thanks , yes especially this time of year , the snow don’t last long, it’ll melt in a few hours , then snow again, currently still snowing but the temps are rising so it might be raining in a few hours , not sure what’s in for tonight’s forecast
Had an issue with the scooter last week. There is a manual lever by the right rear tire that shifts it in and out of gear. Problem I had was that even though it was moved to the engaged position, it did not recognize it. Had to move it back and forth several times and turn of the power switch in order for it to work. Then when I went to the store, it stopped working in the store. notified the VA and they sent someone out today. He says it is a bad sensor. However, in order to replace the sensor, the motors and gear box have to be replaced. You can't just replace the sensor. What a joke. He is ordering the parts and will wait to see what the VA says. The last time this scooter was repaired they replaced pretty much everything except the frame and plastic fenders. And I was told by that technician that if anything else needs to be repaired or replaced, they might just say to get a new one. Which would be fine by me. The tech that was here today told me of a Pride Mobility Pursuit 2, which uses lithium-ion batteries, and is faster (9.3mph compared to 8.0 mph) with a longer range of 40-miles instead of 15-19 miles.
