Head Gasket Thickness

First build and just want to make sure I understand selection. Head gasket compressed height is .040 in the Felpro Kit I bought (8347PT1)

My pistons measured
1: +.001
2: -.002
3: +.003
4: +.002
5: -.002
6: -.001
7: -.0025
8: -.001

So a range of .038-.043. Good to run this gasket still, correct?

Build:
400, .030 over
Tim Meyer Track Boss 9.3:1 Pistons
Comp Custom Grind Roller Cam (specs below)
Factory Heads

I would check the piston to valve clearance either way
That head gasket should work
I would "clay" the motor myself (use modeling clay)
You can always buy a special valve spring or remove the outer spring on one of yours sometimes and use your original valve spring to check piston to valve clearance
Watch a few videos about that
That will be a fun build for you
The roller cam will be nice
