I am having issues with my headlights. I have regular Sylvania lights back in my truck now. They were all working, but now my drivers side upper light has gone out again. It used to randomly work.
I have also had LED beamtech lights in with the converters. They would randomly go out and if I switched them around to a different light location, I could get them to work, but they would eventually go back out.
I'm not sure if it's a relay or fuse issue or if I just need to replace the light pigtails. i havent been able to find which fuse or relay location to check yet. The bulbs are working as I can move them to another location and all will work for a time so I feel like it's likely a degraded connection.
And ideas of what to check or replace would be appreciated.
I believe you answered your own question. "If" its the same light position then I would replace the connection and use die-electric grease on all the connections.
Also you don't give any info for vehicle? Position of issue?
Our work trucks all 2022 F350 srw all built at the same time (5) seem to be blowing the passenger side upper on 3 vehicles so far.
It's a 2017 F250. Currently, it's the driver's side upper light. It's been all at times with the led lights. I would flip them and both would work and then eventually they would go out again. Randomly, they would come back on some days.
