Im 16 and i have a 1984 F150 4x4 SWB, 33" Wild Country's, Warn Hubs, 4-6" body and suspension lift, with the torque monster 300 I6.
Anyways, with my tires i know that the speedometer is off however, i do now know by how much or how to fix this.... Does anyone know if there is an adjustment that could be made to fix this or will i have to purchase a certain product to make the speed correct.....
AND
Any ideas on how i could make my truck a better four-wheeling machine
You'll need to swap out the Plasic gear on the end of your speedo cable to get the right speed reading. Try a search over the board there has been lots of post over this same question and they list the Part codes of which to use.

why pay the money? get to know your truck and learn how much faster it is going.
also browse around before posting. I have seen that exact question so many times before. There are plenty of them here. search!!
and how do you have a 4-6" lift? 6" in the front and 4" out back?
if you want a better wheeler.....to start off
lock the front & rear
put some 35 mudders on
4.10 or 4.56 gears
lose the body lift
wheel the **** out of it
What size tires did it come with? If you know this you can figure out how off the speedo is.......like if the stockers were 30's and now you have 33's........you know that the speedo is 10% off. If it shows you are going 50.....then you are really going 55mph.
