Not all modules showing up

Not all modules showing up
These are the only modules that pull up under my truck. I have used the OBDLink Ex and Mx+ on other vehicles and all is fine. Used different computers also. I have the 2 month free trial because the extended license isn’t available. Any ideas?

It's been a minute since I used Forscan, but when you opened it up did you choose a new profile rather than using a previous one? It's best to choose to create a new one.
