blinker problems

Hey guys I need some help figuring out what is going on with my blinkers on my 1973 f100.
I am in the process of putting truck back together from paint and body work . Before I put cluster back in I started checking out my lights
Everything works except my blinkers, The light will come on left and right but will not blink .The flashers work good, I just put new blinker component on but still does not blink
I would appreciate if someone can help me 4
Thanks again

By blinker component do you mean the little canister flasher? There should be two of them. One for t/s and the other for the hazards. A quick test would be to swap them and see if t/s start working and the hazards stay on solid.

Is this what you replaced?

Are you still using regular bulbs or did you get LED replacements?

You might just be low on blinker fluid.

Sorry. I just had to.

Yes, bad grounds can cause all sorts of problems. It could be the t/s switch too.

When you activate the t/s does the t/s light get brighter and stay on solid or do you see no change at the bulb when you activate the t/s?

problem solved

Worked on blinkers again today. I found that I had bad ground at tail light assembly.
Thanks for all the feed back
