Did the truck just suddenly die? What's the ambient temperature where you are?
The P1670 is a loss of communication between the PCM and IDM, but that can be caused if the VPWR drops too low while cranking.
P1140 is for the water in fuel sensor circuit
P1211 is a code for ICP above/below desired
P0451 - are you sure it isn't actually P0541?

About 60 truck was off than was cranking. The positive going to the starter is broken. Than when trying to reattach the positive the starter solenoid pulled out. Unfortunately the starter was submerged in salt water a few months ago perhaps this is part of the fallout…new starter has the truck back operational will need a new battery cable
