Lean condition
I have a 2005 f150 5.4 and I'm getting a lean code for bank 1. Truck has 195k miles on and was sitting for about a year. Truck starts right up and runs but has a shake to it even tho NO missfire codes. Any recommendations where to look? High fuel trim on bank 1 would indicate vacum leak only affecting pass side bank 1? And when revved fuel trim sky rockets last pic is revved at 2500 rpms.

Try changing the fuel filter. Cheap and certainly due if it's never been done.

I'll try that this weekend. I'm also planing to do a fuel pressure test tomororw, waiting for adapter for my kit to arrive.

KOEO- IS 35PSI
KOER- is 35 psi
so my fuel pressure is at very minimum for on and off. Would that be a factor?
