Hello all... new to the forum.... I have a 2011 F250 having some sort of wiring problem on my pickup I think... I got in it the other day to go to work and the truck started and ran fine on the 34 mile drive to work I parked it in the same spot I have been for the last year and a half and it sat all day... went to start the truck that evening to put it in the shop for the night and it had an issue starting... had to crank the truck a few times before the motor fired up and I pulled it in the shop note: thought that was weird as it has never done that before.... the next day at lunch I attempted to start the truck and all it did was crank... I have 2500 miles on the current service which I did OEM oil and fuel filters.... when I turn the key to the on position I can NOT hear the low pressure lift pump working any help would be appreciated
Well not good with diesel, I was gonna say your describing when my fuel pump went out on my gas perfectly.
I'd pull a fuel line and make sure your getting diesel up to the rails when cranking.

I took the plug off the lift pump and checked for voltage which I have 12.5 volts but the pump won't run... if I use a power probe and supply power and ground to the pump I can make the pump run
