The Ford Part Numbers for the heater core (sometimes you can get lucky on eBay or with a vendor):
Recirculating: FAD-18476-A
Fresh Air: B6C-18476-A
But usually the best and most straight forward option is to find an old school heavy duty radiator shop and have them repair/rebuild your existing core.
I think I have a completely rebuilt heater assembly that I bought a few years ago.
Gloss black, I will check for numbers and post some pictures so everyone can dissect it and give me a hard time.

I had 3 old heater cores I had accumulated from old 53-56 trucks. When it was time to get heater together for my 56 I took them in to old school radiator shop and had them checked. Yep- all 3 junk- too deteriorated to repair. So the shop made me one, using the sides I had and a new chunk of core. It cost $160.00 8 years ago which i thought was terrible- but newer cars don't use brass for radiators and heater cores anymore so brass core is expensive. I looked far and wide for a existing core that would fit and couldn't. Good luck.
