Broken frame
IMO, find a high mileage (or rolled?) donor from Down South somewhere, or in your case, Inland somewhere, and start swapping. If you were here in the States I could recommend a few places, but I can't help you out in Canada, sorry.
Good luck!

I just knew it would have sat around for years for nothing. Point is, don't be surprised if you find something local. There were soooooo many of these trucks built. Of course if you need a 4wd front section.......That's where ya might have better luck heading south of course..........But then again, you should see the front of my frame. You literally would use it for any restoration (this is why I didn't try and source a whole 4wd frame) and it's 4wd too, so. They're out there too, even in the north.
While I was looking, I see you can buy frame sections on ebay too. Guys cut them and sell them in sections, so they can ship them "reasonably" enough to you (hey, it saves your whole truck, so a few hundred isn't bad). I would have, had I needed too. Be sure to check them out too.
OP, Imho, this is either a parts truck, or a big project / frame swap truck now. Trying to graft in a section of frame on an existing rusty frame, big job if even possible. By the time you take the rest of it apart to do a frame swap, you’ll be into a lot of work.
Good luck with it, and sorry to hear/see.

Here's an example. I don't know about 2wd/4wd differences or what he's selling, if there are differences in the f150's.
That was just an ebay search:
92-97 f150 frame
In hindsight, I forgot about the '97 f150 differences haha. But it still worked of course.
