SB vs Stepside Frame
Do the regular shortbox and the stepside F150's share the same frame, or is one longer?

It is determined by wheelbase.

Well I guess what I'm asking is this. I've got an F150 reg cab short box frame. Can I put the flareside box on it?

Yes, you can. No difference on the frame, just the body style.
