The cord changed in 2020. Part# below along with the heat element. Or at least the part numbers changed. The location is as mentioned above the starter on passenger side. Takes a 14mm Allen hex to remove the coolant plug in the block.
Block heaters are no longer standard except for a few states labeled as cold weather. The element isn't even in the block unless ordered. It should still list it on the window sticker. Ford doesn't offer a cold weather package that I've seen for 2020+. Ford doesn't even list a cold weather front cover that last I knew.
Edit: Added cord bumper location picture.

Yeah the block heaters definitely aren't options here (and I'm assuming every "cold climate" area); every 6.7's has 'em. Seeing as how the PTC Supplimental heater is listed as no cost on my window sticker, I think all "cold climate" trucks automatically get those too.

It was $100 option in 2022. At least that's what my window sticker says.

Also speaking of the window sticker. It says adaptive steering. All mine does is vibrate if I get to close to the road lines. My Ram would actually turn the wheel and correct itself. Am I missing something or is it really $1000 for a vibrating steeling wheel ??

Adaptive Steering and Lane Centering are two different things/options. The vibrating steering wheel is Lane Keeping Alert...or that's what it says on my sticker anyway.

It's definitely a stand alone option that is and has been in the "build and price" configurator at least since I ordered my '22 back in 2021. And I was in North Alabama at the time. It was $100 but now its up to $190
