ugghh. fell AGAIN this morning. coming down the stairs, as i reached the landing and last step my knees gave out... but instead of falling forward through the wall again, i fell backwards like and sat down on the stairs.\this getting old sucks!!!!
yes it does tom. thou today i'd take the fall over being on the receiving end of having 3 teeth pulled that wouldn't hold a bridge any more, i'm in more pain than i was with a new knee, mac and cheese for lunch and dinner the next few days
good eve gang.

Try holding on to the railing as you go up and down stairs...also...try walking like an old man...one stair at a time.

Nerve pain is the worse...hope they gave you some good stuff for it.
Ken, i have had double handrails on the stairs for 11 years now. put the second one up before the left knee replacement.
but handrails do you no good when you are on the last step and the handrail ends.
with you tom as mine are the same, last step your on your own only mine end just before the landing which has 2 more after it ,
ken
NOPE nada on stronger than over the counter, now i'm following tom on the 9 month wait for the implants as when that bridge came off i was eating and swallowed it, and needed a er trip and a fast endoscoping to retrieve it , not fun
we saw a hunter well within the state 450 foot min yesterday,in a stand on the farm next door, if he's back today and with the reports for warm today, sore or not i have a lot of dead tree limbs down that need some CHAINSAW work . i figure the 90 cc stihl should be loud enough ,
