So I was pulling out a parking lot a hour or 2 ago on my way home in my 99 f250 SD when all the sudden my airbag deployed at random didn't hit even a pothole in the road much less anything else that could have caused it to deploy right then..... also my dash lights have been flickering/cutting off & on when I have my lights "on" so I'm not sure if maybe they are related or what's going on has anyone ever had this same sort of situation happen to them before? Oh I changed the headlight and dimmer roller switches yesterday thinking maybe just the switch was bad but its obviously still doing the same thing so any ideas where I should start looking for the problem at possibly?
I've heard that the airbags can deploy if they get disconnected from the module before the module is powered down and unhooked. That would have me checking the column wiring. I know at least some of the headlight circuit is there also, for the hi-lo switch.
I'm just really curious if this incident required a new pair of drawers or drawers and pants too, because I'm just about certain that I'd have pi**ed myself for sure.
