I don't think there is such a thing. The motor doesn't produce electricity except through the alternator and it's hooked to the battery so that wouldn't work.
i think a oil pressure switch that comes on at a preset psi. The switch would only close when the motor is running.
i want to turn a boost controlled additional fuel pump to a switched controlled one while the engine is running.
the pump blows a fuse if the pump is running and the motor is not consuming fuel.
There may be a signal like this already coming from the transmission. The TCM might need to know there is pressure, or the torque converter is locked, etc.
Im think I am going in the direction of an oil psi normally open switch that will come on at a few PSI.
With Canbus, it may not be what you are looking for. It may put out a variable voltage instead of an on/off signal since it is actually measuring pressure. In fact I may trigger a CEL. BUT you CAN get an on/off pressure switch and T it into the oil pressure circuit, OR the fuel circuit itself. Rig it with a time delay so that it wont actually kick in until the fuel pressure has been stable for a set amount of time. Now if you had an SPE DPK, their kit provides a tap for just such a thing.

if I buy an oil pressure switch and connect the switch to a t fitting off the oil temp port, then run 12v from the battery to the switch, then to the relay I need triggered….it should be fine.
