Key Comes Out While Engine Running
I'm not sure if this is good or bad, but I kinda like it.
Like two of my previous vehicles, a '65 Chevy Pickup and a 61 Buick LeSabre, I can take the key out of the ignition while it is in any position, including run, including while the engine is running. I thought that this was unheard of by 1997.
I can safely start the truck, pull the key, lock the door and let her warm up while I go back inside and finish my coffee before work.
