Thank you Poncho, really appreciate your time and willingness to help! I did similar search for Beamtech, Hikari, Auxito, etc. Problem is there are so many choices, and I wasn't sure if H13 is H13 no matter what the description on the package says (fog, off road etc.). Then you read reviews and find many with "loose connection", "flickering", etc. That's why I was hoping to just get something specific that other people with our trucks on this forum found to be guaranteed fit with good results. Is the adjustment type you mention in the description of every bulb?
If you were to buy LED bulbs today for 2019 truck, what would your top 2-3 picks be, based on what you know and having it done multiple times?
Thank you again!
You're very welcome. Always glad to help out on the occasion that I've had some experience with a subject someone is asking about.
In the past I've seen Amazon listing for bulbs that will show a photo of how to adjust, but probably more do not provide this information than do. Many times in the review/question section of an Amazon listing I'll just type something into the question field and it will search. "Adjustment", for example might get you some information. Or if you post a question on a particular bulb you're interested in another buyer or often the seller will reply.
I think the last Hikari that I used could be installed and then you could still reach in to twist to proper orientation. That's what you want if you can find it. The first set of Beamtech I ever used had the set screw. You had to adjust, tighten set screw and install. Then look from the outside to see if it was right. If it wasn't you had to remove the bulb and start the process over.
As far as flicker I was fortunate to never have had a problem. Other people have and usually the maker or seller will send a set of "decoders" for no charge if you tell them about the problem. They're just a pigtail that goes betweeen the plug on the truck and the bulb itself.
To answer the last question, I'd go with Hikari from past experiences.
Would this Beamtech bulb work? It's the right model number - H13/9008, but it does say "fog lights". Is that a problem?

The reason they say “FOG LIGHTS or OFF ROAD” is because they are illegal for use as headlights on public roads. Because they do cause blinding when used as headlights.
