I think he is talking about the factory headlight options. I don't know for certain but I believe it can be done relatively easy, it may not be a direct plug and play due to the difference in headlight type... sealed beam to H13 bulb so the connector is likely different, but that can be addressed relatively easy. Any while you're in there you should put some LED bulbs in the headlights if nothing else, I have Beamtechs in my van and improvement in light output is pretty dramatic.

Yes my van is just like the one in your first pic, I changed all the external bulbs to LED but the headlight upgrade is definitely worth it. The LED bulbs are quite a bit brighter than the 55/60w halogen bulbs and those are noticably better than the 35w sealed beams you have. Here is old vs new, incandescent on the passenger side and LEDs on the drivers.
