You can find a selection at Summit, or any online auto joint

You'd want a low-pressure one with an adjustable output of 4-9 or 4-12 psi (anything that goes down to 4 psi), one outlet, maybe a gauge port, and no return line. Something simple. But they can be overpowered or cause leaks if the input pressure is too high, so you sort of need to know that before you pick one. You will likely have to get 3/8" NPT to 5/16" barb fittings and rubber hose to adapt to your fuel line (not sure if you're still running the original metal line from the pump to carb)

Some examples:
inline fuel press regulators

Can I have a fuel pressure regulator and a fuel pressure gauge on the same line running from fuel pump to the carb?

Sure. There's even kits that include the regulator, gauge and fittings just for that. https://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/15912K/10002/-1

On the kit you sent I see it’s all threaded fittings, I’m guessing I would need barbed fittings to insert into my fuel lines wouldn’t I? Threaded and clamps might leak

This particular kit comes with AN to pipe fittings. You can use any fittings you want, or get the rest of the AN parts and make your own connections.

Getting threaded to barbed fittings for your setup is not a problem. And yes, you can run a gauge on the regulator or on an adapter after the regulator if it doesn't have the built in threaded spot for the gauge.

I hope he doesn't retire without a replacement. He has done carbs and fuel pumps for my projects.

I haven't asked him but he has only cut back on going to shows. His website says he goes to two shows: Daytona Turkey Run and SUMTER COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS WEBSTER, FLORIDA

I'm sure he has a couple good guys working for him. If or when he retires one of them might buy the business and continue the quality rebuilds.
