4v swapping a 3v expedition
New here, I am looking into 5.4 4v Navi motor swapping my 3v expedition. I am wondering what all is necessary in this process. Also I have some R spec DOHC heads (that I’d like to use for this,) and I’m wondering if I can use stage 3 comp cams on flattop pistons.
