Looking for quieter tire

Have the Goodyear Kevlar Duratracs on a 2023 F350 Tremor. 285/75-18. I've read that these start to become noisy at around the 10k mile mark and I've found that to be true in my case.
I'm considering BFG KO3. So far Tire Rack has them for the lowest price I've found. $1698 for 4 after taxes and an $80 discount.
Is anyone riding on these tires that have a few miles on them? I'm looking for something good in the snow but I want a quieter ride than the current Goodyears.
I haul an 8.5x20 enclosed trailer 5 days a week for 6 months out of the year that probably has a total weight of 9,000 or so. I also haul a 7x14 enclosed with 2 or 3 motorcycles, luggage, etc on a 1300 mile each way vacation once a year if that makes a difference. Not usually any real heavy hauling and no off roading.

The Tremor trucks have the original Goodyear Duratrac tires. The newer Duratrac RT tires are the ones with kevlar and a slightly different design and tighter pattern. Having had both, the newer RT is quieter than the original. Not street tire quiet, but less noise due to the tighter tread pattern.

Now I'd better go out and look at the truck to make sure!
Right you are. Wrangler Dura Trac. No Kevlar.

Quietest I've ever had is the new Falken Wild Peak AT4 35x12.5R20.

Tire Rack shows them at $378 but out of stock with no expected date for new stock. They currently have the KO3 with an $80 discount for 4 at $1551 pre tax/free shipping and I'd have to pay for local mounting.

Have you rotated the tires at all? In my experience with my truck, the front tires will start to wear goofy on the outsides, causing that noise. Then the rears will wear down the middle, i dont pull anything just daily drive and usually run under 80 psi, so tires have to rotated by 5k miles IMO.

But like was noted before, Michelins are a pretty quiet tire in my experience. An all season highway tread style tire will definitely be more quiet also. Sure, more aggressive style treads on all terrain tires look cool, but they are louder than more mild tread style or highway tread style IMO, if thats what you're after.

I've had the Michelin LTX AT2s and the Defender M&Ss, that were a more mild tread on each, and they both performed well in snow for what they are.

I have a Ford dealer do The Works oil change/tire rotation every 5,000 miles.

I've gone through a few sets of the KO3's on my F150. Tires are quiet.

Fine on a 150 but I find they wear fast on a 250 being used.

Michelin's are quiet but they suck if roads are wet or snowy.

It's all trade-off's. Your "tough" looking tires will be the noisiest. The bigger the lugs, the bigger the voids, the bigger the noise.

I'm on the NY/Canada border. Gotta have something decent on snowy roads. I once had a set of Cooper mud terrains. Sold them after about 3000 miles due to the noise.

I couldn't stand the stock Tremor Duratracs after 5K miles and went to Yokohama Geolandar AT G015s in the stock size (285/75/18).

The noise decrease was quite noticeable - I ran both sets of tires (when unloaded) at 48 PSI cold.

I measured the stock Duratracs at 80mph at almost 70 dbA on a crappy patch of interstate through the desert. I'd be willing to bet the Yokos are around 67 dBA (3 db reduction = 50% sound pressure level reduction) under the same conditions.

The Yokos are not night & day quieter but definitely noticeable.

The Yokohama AT GO15s are the tire I was seriously considering to replace the stock Duratracs with. I had previously tried a set of the Duratracs on my 03 dodge 2500, and they made that truck feel like I was driving a big sloppy boat. Got those tires off the truck before 2000 miles passed.

Now on my 2024 F350, I feel the same kind of sloppiness and may end up trading off the stock Duratracks pretty soon. The Yokohama AT GO15s look like they would do just fine. And I am researching others as well. I like Toyo ATIIIs, wanting to stay with the stock tire size 285-75-18 when I do swap out tires.
