2000 Excursion harness to 2002 Excursion harness

So i swapped my original 2000 harness for corrosion issues to a later model 2002. I could not find a chassis harness however so I connected the harness together. I don't have a speedometer and an overdrive light flashing. I have 3 wires that there is no provision for... red with yellow, light green, and grey with red. I bought a 2002 wiring book but I just can't figure out where these wires go when they come out of the transmission harness plug. I've used many diagrams in the past, but this factory book has me so lost.. Does anyone know where these 3 wires go? Thanks in advance

This is the big square plug that connects the transmission plug to rear chassis harness

You had corrosion at the end plugs, or the wiring inline? Ford offers replacement plug and pigtails to repair, and last I ordered was able to find several for my Ex. Your plugs may or may not be either of those catalogs.
