Hub assembly issues
Just put on two new hub assemblies and axle shaft seals installed correctly with the proper tools and both hubs are pretty hard to turn by hand and I've never experienced this before as I've changed many of these and used this same brand of hubs with no issues before I've even added some grease through the sensor holes with no change so has anyone else ever had this happen with new set cause it's a first for me

I've always had a fair amount of resistance to turning with new hubs. The bearings have a certain amount of preload and that's what causes it.
Edit: You mean with the wheels off and trying to turn the hub by hand, right?
