I had new tires install by the dealership back in March. Just recently I noticed the rims are starting to flake off on all 4 of them near the edge where the tire bead is seated. The wheels have that pvd coating on them which I know is garbage!
truck has 44k miles, so I am out of warranty.

anyone have this happen? If so, what has the dealership done about it?

 

Very common on the chrome pvd wheels, dealer won't do anything for you out of warranty.
