I bought a 2013 f150 from a dealer, after 50 miles driving the engine light came on, I scanned it and scanner showed codes 420 and 430 so the dealer put bank 1 and bank 2 catalytic converters in...cleared engine light, after 90 miles light came back on with same codes...I am trying to pass inspection and can't with the light on...what would be next?

Unbelievable this wasn't diagnosed correctly.
Its rare for both cats to die at the same time. Also there could be low quality cats not doing their job, but again rare.
I can guide you thru some checks but probably better to bring this to a pro, pay $150 for a diag.
I doubt both cats died at the same time as well. Odds are some plugs were left in too long, misfires killed one bank and eventually started on the other bank and killed that converter as well.
I remember back in 1999 or so, someone pulled up with a v8 Thunderbird to Autozone. The car was scanned and got a P0171/P0174.
They sold him 4 Oxygen sensors and fuel system cleaner 🤣
That is exactly why things need to be DIAGNOSED.
Cat codes sometimes could be from bad wiring, Who knows.
