Good day. New poster here. Here's the history of my 2014 FX4 3.5l Ecoboost. I am the original owner. The truck has been hardly used for the first 9 years as I had a company truck to use. I started getting the P087 error code so through the process of elimination last year I replaced the fuel pump module, high pressure fuel pump, low pressure fuel pump and the spark plugs. This year I started getting the exhaust below threshold error codes. I replaced the exhaust system and all the O2 sensors and am still getting the same error codes. There is only 85,000 klm on the truck and I just completed an oil change. What else is there to change or look at, or do I just need to do something simple like an idle relearn? Has anyone deleted the exhaust O2 sensors? If so what did you and how well does it run after doing it?

There are DIAGNOSTIC SEQUENCES in the WORKSHOP MANUAL that will help you to not replace parts unnecessarily.

You are using TOP TIER fuel and the proper engine oil?

 

Thanks for the link. Always use proper full synthetic oil and filters. Run Ford recommended regular fuel.
