Paint issues

So I just got done painting my 1976 f250, the front was already done by the previous owner so I just finished the back, I primed it painted it and put a clear coat on. I used a proper paint gun. But I went to wash it the other day and on the front the water rolls of it as it should but on the parts I painted the water beads up and “sticks” to the paint. I don’t really care but when the water dries it leaves dirty spots, but the dirt does rub off. Anyone know what I did wrong

Youo may need to use a polish and then a wax to get it slick

wait a few weeks to let let the paint properly cure before waxing
