paint removal

I was driving yesterday and drove through a puddle of white paint. Now I have splattered paint along my rear quarter panel. I tried scraping the paint off with my fingernail but it is a real pain. Is there anything I can use to get it off that won't damage my original paint job?

Get a rag w/ lacquer thinner on it and a bucket of water w/ another rag. Make one wipe w/ the thinner then rinse the area off w/ water. This will be the fastest way to get off and as long as you are careful it shouldn't damage the paint. If you do it right lacquer thinner will work fine, those that tell you otherwise don't know how to use it properly and just won't admit it.
