Help with O2 harness

So I had a squirrel or squirrels invade my engine compartment and help themselves to the wiring. Quick inspection it appeared the majority of the damage was to the passenger side rear fuel injector wires, which were not too bad and were repaired. However, the truck is now throwing an open code on bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. I pulled the passenger inner fender well, and was able to pull down the harness for the upstream sensor, passenger side. The bad news is I can see the harness above the O2 sensor connector is chewed, meaning it's in the engine harness. Can anyone help me understand if this harness would be repairable or replaceable w/o pulling the engine? That harness goes right between the back of the engine and the firewall, and the damage isn't accessible currently. Any chance the four wires for that sensor land further up in the harness, and could be bypassed? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Solved - I dried my tears and went back out to look again. That harness ties into the larger branch up at the top of the engine, which allowed me to gain access to the damaged area. Just hope there's no more damage elsewhere.
