Well, the TFI wasn't sending out the tach signal, it wasn't being shorted to positive, the TFI just refused to send a signal to the tach. So instead of dealing with all these different TFI modules and the claimed motorcraft ones, I went to a junkyard and pulled an original motorcraft TFI module. There is a noticeable difference physically between them. Junkyard TFI fixed all the issues no more stalling, and she fires right up.
Thank yall so much for the help, wouldn't have been able to do it without you guys.
For future reference don't trust the claimed motorcraft TFI modules or some of the other options out there.
