My 78 F350 dually has a set of type 8 mirrors that I have never seen. The mirror clamps to a rod which when loosened allows you to raise or lower the mirror head.
anyone see this style before? Internet image searching comes up with standard class 8.
That is some home made stuff on top of some standard type 8 mount arms. But it looks like it might work. And I bet there use to be a round spotter mirror on the smaller bracket.
