I'm trying to tow my 1983 Ford C600 into the field to restore it. I already have the rear brakes caged.
On the front brakes, I find a small opening in the top of the cast iron housing, next to the fluid reservoir. Down in that tiny hole is what looks like a standard screw head. Am I looking at the right place and what tool will release the pressure on the front brakes?
I appreciate all help. Small port opening near fluid reservoir, 1983 Ford C600 Truck. Small port opening near fluid reservoir, 1983 Ford C600 Truck.
Shouldn’t be any reason to cage the front brakes
Lucas Gerling hydraulic brakes only need the rears caged
Air brake systems only have parking chambers on the rear axle
What brake system does it have, post a photo of the entire assembly, I can’t tell much from the closeups
