Please help....struggling for 3 weeks to open the rear door on my 2017 ford F250 XLT.
spoke to the dealership today but left more confused then ever.
when i hit the lock/unlock button , the actuator moves the manual **** up and down but only slightly, so clearly not a power issue, is it even a door lock actuator issue since its moving slightly right?
what do i do ? not covered under warranty anymore , local dealership quoted me $400 today.... please help
You'll have to remove the door panel to see what's going on inside that's causing it to bind up. Can you manually pull the door lock plunger enough to get the door open?
Have the same issue on my 2022 f250. Bought a lock actuator through the dealer, $110. I need to remove the interior door panel & replace it, no programming required according to service writer.
